THIS YEAR'S ETAR FESTIVAL AT THE ISHAVS MUSEUM – IT'S HAPPEN AGAIN!

LUTAFISH – LOVED, HATED AND DEFENDED WITH BEAK AND CLAW.

There are those who believe that lute fish is the finest thing that has ever happened to Norwegian food culture.

There are also those who believe that this is reason enough to move from Sunnmøre.

Both groups are welcome at the Ishavsmuseet in Brandal.

Here there will be lute fish, good company and just the right amount of loud disagreement about how the fish should actually be eaten.

Bring a good mood, an empty stomach and preferably a neighbor with whom you have something unresolved.

Ishavsmuseet, Brandal – where the food is traditional, but the ideas are fresh.

First come, first served. Last person will be told that they should have ordered earlier.
