Codfish farm with lecture and film

On Friday, March 5, Ishavsmuseet invites you to a cod evening at the museum.

We start the evening with a film at 6:00 PM, and continue with a lecture by Harald Knutsen about cod fishing.

At 7:00 PM, Eldar Hareide will present wine from Italy, followed by our large Torskemølje buffet consisting of: Polarbjørn fish soup, fresh cod, scallops, roe, liver, butter-steamed carrots and broccoli, Sandefjord butter and flatbread.
