Rental of premises
Ishavsmuseet has exciting premises that are well suited for meetings, courses and conferences. We have extensive experience with all types of events and also offer party rooms in unique surroundings. Birthdays, christenings, confirmations, weddings, memorial gatherings and much more. You will arrive to a fully set table and can enjoy the day and concentrate on your guests. We are flexible and can create a room that suits you.
On the second floor we have a conference room with most of the equipment you would need. Based on your needs we can create solutions for anything from 5 to 80 people. (150 with cinema setup). This room is bright and airy, and can also be used as a party room with fantastic views of both the Sunnmøre Alps and Breisundet.
On the first floor we can accommodate a maximum of 120 people.
Before, during or after your party, meeting or conference, one of our guides can take you on a tour of the museum.
After such a tour, you can go to set a table in very special surroundings. Here, the polar bear breathes close to your neck when you eat lunch or dinner. We have preserved the old sea life style inside the premises, which gives the company a very special atmosphere. Ishavsmuseet has its own kitchen and chef, and can prepare most of the food that can tempt you. You are welcome to hold your event at Ishavsmuseet.
We also deliver catering if you have other premises for your event.
