| Additional information | In 1906, Heim and a crew of 14 caught 32 bottlenose dolphins, which yielded 30 tons of oil. The following year, the catch was 35 bottlenose dolphins. In 1915, the first seal hunting trip for "Heim" took place. The shipping certificate for "Heim" expired just before departure in 1917. The owner was fined for sending the ship out to fish without valid shipping papers. The 13 who came away with "Home" were: Skipper Kristoffer Huseby, 33 years old Langevåg, gunner Birger Hatlenes, 26 years old Vanylven, Kornelius Molvær, 21 years old Langevåg, Einar Vold, 25 years old Buksnes, Adolf Haug, 25 years old Leka, Hans Hay, 24 years old Tromsø, Oskar Bjerke, 19 years old Ålesund, Bjarne Honningsvåg, 17 years old Ålesund, Martin Trandal, 24 years old, Ottar Huseby, 21 years old Leka, Stuert Fredrik Fredriksen, 50 years old Tromsø, engineer Albert Hoel, 26 years old Ålesund, stoker Johannes Øien, 20 years old Molde. |
